Simply breathtaking. I had no idea you were so skilled at producing such emotional drama music. I am happy to hear you gain success.

Wow, your comment was a pleasant surprise :) Thank you so much!
Well, I guess I will share more of my soundtrack work here ^^
It has an early 2000's pc game feel, which is a great thing. I am simply astounded by your emotionally driven work here and the subtle ambiance is not only nostalgic but calming in its own way.
You definitely deserve the views, downloads and front page spot that is to come soon! I promise I'll get it done as soon as the next rotation comes up.
Thanks a lot for the kind words, Bosa! Your review just made my day :) I'm so glad you liked the song!
I just realized I have 13k views and over a thousand downloads. How'd I manage that without the front page? Awesome!
Thanks in advance for the front page, and thanks again for the review!
A fine story. I feel like I am playing an old Lucasarts adventure game like the ones I played when I was a kid. There is something charming about GM that brings out the nostalgia.
I love your work. You are truly one of my favourite artists.
Thanks Bosa! :D <3
Awesome track! It really has an emotional feel to it -- like something you would hear in a TV drama. I could also hear it in a story-driven J-RPG like you mentioned in your author comments. The abrupt end is actually a nice touch and completes the song perfectly.
Very good work on this one! 5/5
Thank you so much for the review, Bosa! It makes me really happy that you like this song! I made the abrupt end because it was supposed to be able to loop, but it still sounds really awesome without looping! I would have liked to hear your opinion on the percussion though. Does it sound out of place? I'm still kind of worried that it might throw off the overall mood for some people.
Thanks again for the review! Your approval means a great deal to me :)
I hear this more as music for the opening sequence of a dramatic TV series. The action sequence is really good, but when the piano came in at the end it was like icing on the cake for me. You have done everything right with this piece, and I can think of nothing wrong with it.
Awesome work, my good man!
That would be very awesome if I could use this for a tv show! never really thought about it that way. Thank you for the kind remarks!
When the guitar came in at 1:20 is what really did it for me. This is such a great piece. I picture this being used in a TV drama or reflective commercial.
Thank you very much! :D
The instrumentation in this piece is so well emphasized that I am amazed at how great it sounds. You have gone with almost a comedic feel with this one.
Yet another splendid piece by one of my favorite composers. Please produce more!
Glad you like it! I kind of settled on something more lighthearted after hearing a description of the general scene it would be accompanying. It was a really good opportunity to play with some layering I haven't tried before, as well as an excuse to use a celesta! :)
Will definitely keep working on more! :D
I love your classical work. It is always so simple, yet well refined. This particular piece will work well in a game I think. Even though it is somewhat repetitive, it wouldn't be too noticeable in-game. It reminds me of Donkey Kong 64 or King's Quest which is a nostalgic plus for me.
I hope to hear more from you.
Thanks Bosa! I've always really looked up to your orchestral work as a source of inspiration, so it means a ton that you feel that way! I'm really hoping to do some more work with orchestration in the future, because there's just so many things you can achieve with it that I have yet to realize. Both DK64 and King's Quest were part of my childhood collection, so I'm sure they had their subtle influences working in my brain as I was writing. :)
(Speaking of King's Quest, I'm excited for the upcoming one!)
I love this -- so peaceful and tranquil, as the name suggests. I could listen to this all day.
Thank you, Jon. :) Always lovely hearing from you. <3
